    With movies like Black Panther and Deadpool proving to the world that you just don't have to make a summer release to have your movies scatter box office ratings, lots of studios have taken to randomly releasing movies at various times of the year. However, people still look forward to smmer releases 'cos it goes without saying that the summer season is the period of loads of fun. So, i have taken the time point out movies that are worth watching this season. Check them out below:

After debuting at the    WonderCon 2018 in Anaheim, CA last month, Batman Ninja is set for a formal release on April 24.  First, the film will be made available for digital purchase before DVD and blu-ray copies go on sale May 8, 2018.  The film will be released in Japan in October.

Krypton premiered with Time traveller Adam Strange coming to warn Superman's grandfather Seg El about Brainiac's plans to stop his grandson from being born and also the possibility of his coming to earth and that has pretty much been the storyline so far. However, a new development However, a sneak peak from next weeks episode sheds more light in that area as Kryptom's General Zod reveals Brainiac's intentions in a new light. He explains that Brainiac assimilates the city of Kandor which destabilize the planets core in about 200 years from the time. Seg then puts two and  two together and realizes that Adam Strange probably knew of  Krypton's possible destruction. The clip ends with Lyta Zod (Georgina Campbell) disarming Adam and pointing his gun at him.

Thanos a.k.a Josh Brolin has confirmed that he shares at least one scene with Brie Larson's Captain Marvel however it is completely unlikely that they share screen time together in the upcoming Infinity War movie. With lots of confusion over what Avengers movie she shows up in that's if she shows up before the Captain Marvel movie next year or after it and the studio constantly stating that she is not to be expected in Infinity War there is lots of what ifs and what nots surrounding her character.

So the guys at fox released a new Tvspot and like the others it contains some pretty nice action scenes however, it also features Wade and Weasel audition a list of Badasses that are to join the X-force. Basically, we know so far that this team will be assembled to give Wade a chance against the time travelling mutant Cable and will consist of    at least Colossus (Stefan Kapičić), Negasonic Teenage

Agents of Shield's Ghost rider, Gabriel Luna, has been casted to play the of a terminator in the upcoming  reboot Terminator 6. There hasn't been much info about the upcoming movie. However, it has been established that the story will totally ignore the events of the last movie Termibator: Genesis as it was unable to ignite the interest of the audience enough to ignite continuing interest in the franchise. The story has James Cameron as the producer and Tim Miller's "deadpool" as its director.  Set in Mexico City, the new film reportedly follows a street-smart character named Dani Ramos   who finds herself being stalked by a new Terminator . James Cameron reportedly is undertaking an extensive search to find the right actress to play Dani Ramos.  Tully  star Mackenzie Davis herself recently climbed aboard  Terminator 6  to play a soldier-assassin on a special mission (her character description is reminiscent of the Kyle Reese c...

Over the years, the Game of Thrones have gone about breaking records (and even now I am starting to wonder if there is any more left to break?) and so at the moment they have done it again. Remember season 6's battle of the bastards? How about that scene where our beloved Jon Snow swarm with corpses? All those are phenomenal moments in a series teeming with stuff like that.

With the addition of Black lightning to cw's list of comicbook tv Series, the show has not revealed whether it is part of the Arrowverse or not. Although it has made reference to metahumans, supergirl and a host of other arrow 'pointers', it has not been established if it is part of the arrowverse or not. When Arrow's Christian Amell was asked this was what he had to say, 

With the release date for the third installment of the Avengers movie drawing near, lots of interesting bits of information has been coming to light.  A brand-new TV spot features nearly a minute of footage and much of it has never been seen, which makes it very special. There's  so much new footage  that it might as well be a new trailer for  Infinity War . For those looking to go in blind, there aren't any spoilers, but there is plenty of new footage, so consider yourself warned.

So, after months of waiting, we finally get to see a full length Hansolo trailer at some point today as announced by the moie's director on his twitter account. lots of fans were generally impressed with the first super bowl footage and trailer as it actually look like a star wars movie and a fun one at that. Although people have been questioning  Alden Ehrenreich  as the perfect cast for the part considering Han Solo's smooth personality some went as far as arguing that Han Solo shouldn't have been given a solo film. well that's your as Disney and Lucas films also went on to announce that the movie would also went on to announce that the spin off in the attendance of the director and a couple of other actors.

Two gaming giants are set to collide as  Shadow of the Tomb Raider  and  Final Fantasy XV  are set for an exciting new crossover. The world of Lara Croft has been doing well since the title was officially rebooted back in 2013. The upcoming  Shadow of the Tomb Raider  is set to conclude that storyline, and it sounds like  Final Fantasy XV could be there to lend a hand as well. It might seem like an odd crossover to come up with, with something like bringing Drake from  Uncharted  into Lara’s world might seem like a more sensible idea to bring to life.

AMC's Into the Badlands series introduced  viewers to a fine meld of martial arts and a post apocalyptic chaos with our blade swinging, hard hitting Sunny  who swore allegiance to his Baron in the premiere season. Its been three years now and synopsis to the season 3  finds Sunny (Daniel Wu) living off the grid, doing his best  to  provide for his infant son, Henry,  in  the wake of Veil's death. Den of Geek   spent a day on set in in Dublin, Ireland where we learned the secrets of  Into The Badlands  season 3. Here’s what they got.

Now in its second season, the CW reinvention of Archie Comics/Hot Topic merchandising juggernaut is carefully building its own heightened reality, one that, with the Netflix companion series  Chilling Adventures of Sabrina in the works, is slowly incorporating supernatural elements into its storylines. (What's with all the Lovecraft references of late, and will this show eventually morph into  Afterlife with Archie?  Here's hoping).

The people over at Marvel came through with their promise of showing a preview of the upcoming sequel to the fans at specific events before the release date. There have been rumblings for a long time that Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel have some sort of beef and the former has now confirmed that there's a very real issue between the two. While  The Fate of the Furious   featured one key scene between their characters Hobbs and Dom Toretto, the wrestler turned actor has confirmed that they didn't actually shoot that or any other sequences together. "That is correct. We were not in any scenes together," Johnson explained. "Vin and I had a few discussions, including an important face-to-face in my trailer. And what I came to realize is that we have a fundamental difference in philosophies on how we approach moviemaking and collaborating. It took me some time, but I’m grateful for that clarity. Whether we work together again or not."

With Infinity War only aculeof weeks away, Lots of fans (like me) look forward to seeing our MCU regulars such as Captain America, the Black widow, Iron man  and the entire entourage alngside the Guardians of the Galaxy cast grace the screen again. However, we also look forward to seeing new faces such as our beloved Dora Milaje, Okoye and a couple of others. With the 8th season of Game of Thrones slotted for a April release next year, the network went ahead to announce that they would be releasing a season 1 special in 4k ultra HD. The Series which since its debut to viewers in its first season has gone on to win over 30 grammys and over 10 million views has gone on to become one of the best drama series out there on television.

Avengers: Infinity War  is now on the horizon and Total Film is the latest magazine to get in on covering the highly anticipated Marvel Studios movie. Before their latest issue goes on sale this Friday, a couple of new stills have been released by the publication and you can check them out below! As you can see, Bruce Banner and Tony Stark are finally reunited but they have some, well, less  scientific  company.

Tiffany Haddish  is the hottest thing in comedy at the moment. So what do you do? Team her up with a solid gold professional like  Kevin Hart  and give them a movie together. Sounds like it works on paper, right? Well, we have the first trailer for their new movie together, and it looks like a sure fire winner for this fall.

Lee Pace is bringing Ronan the Accuser back for   Captain Marvel , and he couldn’t be happier. First introduced to moviegoers in 2014’s  Guardians of the Galaxy , Ronan appeared to take the typical route for Marvel Cinematic Universe villains. With the focus of the film understandably turning towards the heroes, the Kree radical took a backseat. Despite Pace giving it his all when he had the chance, Ronan was still viewed by many as the weakest part of James Gunn’s space opera.

Avengers: Infinity War  star Tom Holland (Spider-Man/Peter Parker) recently shared an Instagram pic, expressing his excitement for the upcoming Marvel epic. The actor pulled over to take a photo of himself in front of a new billboard for the film, and although it was difficult to make out the details at the time, we now have a much better look at the image.

Steven Spielberg’s “ Ready Player One ” will take over the domestic box office during Easter weekend with $53 million from 4,234 locations. The VR-fantasy film starring Tye Sheridan launched a day early on Thursday after Warner Bros. decided to move up the release to take advantage of the vacation-friendly Easter holiday. With the added day, “ Ready Player One ” will come out more than $30 million ahead of the No. 2 film, “Tyler Perry’s Acrimony,” which is set to reel in roughly $16 million from 2,006 sites. “Ready Player One” grossed $17 million on Friday, ahead of early forecasts, which had pegged the pic at around $38 million to $42 million for the Thursday through Sunday period. The film also opened day and date in 62 international markets, and earned roughly $28 million Friday for a foreign total of $42 million. In China, “Ready Player One” debuted at No. 1 with $14 million on Friday for a 60% box office share, marking the third-highest Chinese debut for a Warner Br...

Over the weekend, Joss Whedon made an appearance at Awesome Con in Washington, D.C.  for a Q&A panel   which touched on everything from   Buffy the Vampire Slayer   to   The Avengers ...and  Justice League ! After months of silence from the director (not including some thinly veiled digs on social media), Whedon finally opened up about the movie and was surprisingly open about the whole thing. While he clearly didn't want to get too much into what happened, the filmmaker did touch on being brought in at such a late stage, dealing with Henry Cavill's facial hair, and what he hopes to see next from the heroes. Surprisingly, he also made a fair few comparisons to his work on  The Avengers ! "It wasn't an easy task," Whedon admitted when asked about being brought in to rework  Justice League .  "Adding scenes to completely rejig a movie which was near enough done was one thing but directing those in the time I was given mad...

John Boyega made a rare convention appearance at Awesome Con in Washington, D.C. yesterday afternoon and the actor addressed a number of topics, including those recent conversations about Blade. While the actor has never been officially - or unofficially - linked to the role, there has been a lot of talk about him taking over from Wesley Snipes as that character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Things don't look good for Vision in the latest  Avengers: Infinity War  TV spot. But as he warns his lover Scarlet Witch, they are all out of time. This romance looks like it's gong to end on a painful down note as Thanos shows up to destroy the entire Marvel universe. Marvel has been  releasing little bits of footage  at an expedient rate, and it should come as no surprise that they've earmarked this Saturday afternoon with another glimpse at what's to come. Here, we get some choice tidbits that are sure to get your heart racing.

Despite the fact that we've seen a number of set photos featuring Zachary Levi suited up as Shazam, there's still no sign of an official image of the colourful DC Comics superhero (even though director David F. Sandberg promised there would be when those started popping up online). You can't fault Warner Bros. too much for that, however, as Disney hasn't shown off Captain Marvel yet either!
