Brainiac's plans for Krypton Revealed

Krypton premiered with Time traveller Adam Strange coming to warn Superman's grandfather Seg El about Brainiac's plans to stop his grandson from being born and also the possibility of his coming to earth and that has pretty much been the storyline so far. However, a new development

However, a sneak peak from next weeks episode sheds more light in that area as Kryptom's General Zod reveals Brainiac's intentions in a new light. He explains that Brainiac assimilates the city of Kandor which destabilize the planets core in about 200 years from the time. Seg then puts two and two together and realizes that Adam Strange probably knew of  Krypton's possible destruction. The clip ends with Lyta Zod (Georgina Campbell) disarming Adam and pointing his gun at him.


The clip shows that the twist at the end of this week’s episode, “House of Zod” was a major game-changer for the series. General Zod, whose identity was confirmed by Krypton‘s showrunner, could change the way the main characters will try to deal with Brainiac. A trailer for the episode reveals that Zod intends to unleash Doomsday in an effort to defeat him, a decision that has the potential to have devastating consequences.

With this new piece of information, Se is placed at crossroads as he can try to stop Brainiac and have his grand child not fulfill his destiny or he could let everything go on according to plan and have his home planet destroyed.
