"Brie Larson to appear in Avengers." confirms Josh Brolin

Thanos a.k.a Josh Brolin has confirmed that he shares at least one scene with Brie Larson's Captain Marvel however it is completely unlikely that they share screen time together in the upcoming Infinity War movie.

With lots of confusion over what Avengers movie she shows up in that's if she shows up before the Captain Marvel movie next year or after it and the studio constantly stating that she is not to be expected in Infinity War there is lots of what ifs and what nots surrounding her character.


In a set interview with Total Film Magazine, Josh Brolin discussed his role as Thanos and let a slip a number of actors that he’s shared scenes. The list includes Brie Larson. The mention of Larson confirms that the Mad Titan will cross paths with Captain Marvel. Brolin also mentions Chris Evans (Captain America), Robert Downey, Jr. (Iron Man), Don Cheadle (War Machine), and Chris Hemsworth (Thor). This doesn’t necessarily mean that all of these characters will be in the same scene with Captain Marvel; it could just mean that Thanos will meet each character at some point, either in Infinity War or in Avengers 4:

I thought, ‘What the [frick] am I doing here?’ Because you’re in a onesie, man. You’ve got to walk around in a onesie and imagine yourself as an actor with some impact. It starts messing with your head. I’m Josh, who’s got dots on him, and a onesie, and a helmet can, and I’ve got Scarlett right there, and I’ve got Brie, and Don Cheadle, and Hemsworth, and Chris Evans, and Downey…I’m sitting there and I’m looking like I look, which is not 700lb and purple and eight feet tall. I mean, I’m feeling about as far from Jason Statham as one can feel at that moment, and yet I’m acting like I feel 10 times what Jason Statham is. I’m the man!

Although it seems that she is most likely that they are to share screen time in Avengers 4 some fans are speculating that she makes a cameo in Infinity War's ending and her appearance sets her up for Avengers 4 but nobody has been  able to pinpoint the time and circumstances of her showing up 'cos of the name and plot of the movie being placed under wraps.
